The writ petitioner complains that the private respondents are obstructing a private pathway for egress and ingress into his property. The pathway belongs to the petitioner.

On the complaint of the petitioner, Junput Coastal Police Station have taken out proceedings under Section 107 of the Cr. P. C.
4.
This Court is of the view that the petitioner should avail civil remedies against the private respondents in respect of his pathway.
5.
The Police shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.
6.
The writ petition is disposed of.
7.
There will be no order as to costs.
8.
All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
