The present revisional application has been preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Lake Police Station Case No.109 dated 05.05.2010 under Sections 420/323/504(ii)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr. Anwar Hossain, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State, is directed to represent the State in this matter. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities. Records of the case reflect that the petitioner by relying upon certain photostat copies of money receipts prayed for quashing of the proceedings.

I have considered the contentions advanced in the revisional application which is based solely on the documents which are private and personal in nature and which cannot be relied upon by a court of law for arriving at a final conclusion regarding the sustainability of a criminal case which has been investigated and

wherein charge-sheet has been submitted.

Having regard to the observations made above, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for. Accordingly, CRR 902 of 2013 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
