We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioners was rejected on merits in September, 2022. Thereafter, charge has been framed and date has been fixed for recording prosecution evidence. Under such circumstances, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
