The police have submitted a report including the CFSL report of the CCTV cameras of the offending vehicle dated 06.06.2023. Despite all efforts, the number of offending vehicle could not be detected.

The police may hand over the CCTV footage of recording to the petitioner if he can detect the number of the offending vehicle or give any further identification.

3.

The petitioner may provide information within a month from the date of receipt of the CCTV footage.

4.

If sufficient information is not available within a period of one month from the petitioner, the complaint may be closed.

5.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6.

There shall be no order as to costs.

7.

The report of the police dated 06.06.2023 is kept with the record.

8.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
