Matter is heard in presence of the learned advocates representing the petitioner, respondent no.6 and State respondents.

From the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, it appears that concerning an agricultural land dispute subsists in between the petitioner and respondent no.6 which prompted the petitioner to approach civil court by filing Title Suit being No.149 of 2025.

An ex parte ad interim order of injunction was passed on 18th March, 2025 for a limited period thereby restraining respondent no.6 being defendant therein from dispossessing plaintiff from the suit property and from changing nature and character of the suit property.

Petitioner prays for implementation of the
aforesaid ex parte ad interim order of injunction dated 18th March, 2025 in this writ petition by giving direction upon the concerned police authorities to take steps thereby ensuring right of the petitioner over the land in question.

Learned advocate representing respondent no.6 has disputed submission made on behalf of the petitioner and it is submitted that petitioner has purchased the land in question.

It is also submitted that ex parte ad interim order of injunction dated 18th March, 2025 stood modified subsequently by the civil court after hearing the learned advocates representing the plaintiff and defendant.

In the present writ petition prayer is made for implementation of ex parte ad interim order of injunction dated 18th March, 2025 which was passed for a specified period.

This Court while exercising writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is not an appropriate forum for implementation of ex parte ad interim order of injunction passed by civil court in a suit instituted by the petitioner. 9.
Moreover, it is submitted by respondent no.6 that
subsequently, ex parte ad interim order of injunction dated 18th March, 2025 stood modified.
10. Hence, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.
11. Writ petition stands dismissed.
12. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to approach civil court in pursuit of remedy.
13. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
