The revisional application was preferred in connection with CBI. R.C. BSK. 2012 E 0003 dated 23.2.2012. Mr. Phiroze Edulji, learned adovcate appearing for the CBI submits that the copy of revisional application was never served upon CBI. Although the revisional application is pending since the year 2012 the same has not been admitted till date. In view of the aforesaid, I am of considered opinion that no interference is called for. As far as merits of the revisional application are concerned, there have already been change of circumstances.

Accordingly, the CRR 1399 of 2012 is dismissed along with all pending applications.
