Having regard to the affidavit of compliance filed by the contemnor and taking into consideration the fact that the order dated 12th May 2023 has been substantially complied with, I am of the view that nothing survives in the present contempt application.

Accordingly the contempt application being CPAN 584 of 2023 is disposed of and the rule is discharged.
