Mr. Mukherjee appears on behalf of the State respondents and submits that the impugned order has been executed and nothing survives in this writ petition. This matter was adjourned earlier also i.e. on 8th July, 2021 and 5th July, 2021, when none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

I am of the view that the petitioner is not interested in proceeding with this petition and is deliberately avoiding this Court.

In view of the repeated non-appearance of the petitioner, WPA 10648 of 2021 is dismissed for default. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
