The warrant of arrest so issued by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore be stayed till 30.05.2024.

It has been informed that the petitioner was earlier on bail. In case the petitioner appears before the learned trial court by 30.05.2024, the petitioner shall be allowed to continue on the same bail subject to furnishing a fresh local surety. The local surety would be title deed of a property within the jurisdiction of Shibpur Police Station. In case the petitioner is further absent before the learned trial court, the property be forfeited and auctioned by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore or the learned trial court in seisin of the matter through the District Magistrate, 24-Parganas (North).

However, if the petitioner do not appear before the learned trial court by 30.05.2024, the learned trial court

would issue harsher process of law by adhering to Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1569 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
