"The second appeal tender is of year 2001. Defects were pointed out, one of them being correction of certified copy of decree of the lower appellate Court. The correction has been made to reveal that three legal representatives of deceased respondent no. 7 have not been named in the memo. Other reported defects stand removed. None appears on behalf of appellant.

Let notice be issued to the learned advocate enclosing copy of this order. In event steps are not taken to remove the defect or appellant continues to go unrepresented on adjourned date or thereafter or either of the above, the appeal is likely to be dismissed.
