From the office report, it appears the instant revisional application has been filed through online mode on 11th June, 2021 during COVID period and the same was registered on 6th July, 2021. It further appears from the report that the department has contacted over telephone to the learned advocate for the petitioner Mr. Rajesh Sen on 31st July, 2024 who has stated that the application has been filed through online mode. However, no hard copy of the revisional application was filed by the petitioner in the instant case.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner on call. No accommodation sought for. Even on earlier two occasions, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner. Accordingly, it seems that the petitioner is no more interested to proceed with this matter.

Accordingly, CRR 1408 of 2021 is dismissed for default.

The interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent down to the learned court below for information.
