1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record including the evidence of the minor victim. She stated she had been raped by her maternal uncle. In view of the evidence on record and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
