It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to inadvertence, there are certain incorrect averments in the writ petition which the writ petitioner intends to correct. The nature of mistakes is such that by filing a supplementary affidavit, the same cannot be cured. The petitioner, therefor, seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh.

The writ petition is, therefor, dismissed as withdrawn, with leave to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action, if permissible in law.
