The bail was granted in this Case on 15.07.2025. There are no adverse report so far as the present petitioner is concerned. In respect of similarly placed accused person bail has already been confirmed.

Having regard to the overall circumstances, I am inclined to confirm the interim bail granted on 15.07.2025 on the same terms and conditions.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2026 is allowed.
