(Through Video Conference) Mr. Supratik Syamal ...for the petitioner Mr. Debasish Saha ....for the Bank Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated June 30, 2021, his client had approached the bank for settlement. It is further submitted that the respondent bank has fully co-operated with the petitioner.

Since certain sums of money have been paid and there is balance due, the petitioner proposes to clear the balance within a limited period of time.

The parties are free to agree to any arrangement at any time that they may choose. However, in case of any default by the petitioner, the SARFAESI proceedings shall be continued against the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 10643 of 2021 shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
