2. It appears that Uttarpara Police Station have taken steps within their jurisdiction. It further appears that the trade licence has been issued by the Uttarpara Municipality in favour of the private respondent.

3. In that view of the matter, the writ petitioner may take steps as he may be advised in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above, WPCRC 31 of 2025 shall stand disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

5. The personal presence of the alleged contemnors is dispensed with.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.

7. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
