Much above commercial quantity of codeine mixture was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner says that he is in custody for 132 days. He seeks bail. Charge sheet has not yet been filed. Further, in view of the restriction in Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not able to allow the petitioner's prayer.

The prayer for bail stands rejected.

C.R.M. No.4056 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
