The present writ petition has been filed seeking redressal of a representation dated 02.02.2024 filed before the respondent authorities.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that work order dated 08.08.2022 was issued by the Gram Panchayat for construction of the concrete road from the land of Narayan Bhakta towards North upto 160 meters at Mouza - Namkhana. Petitioner's land has also been utilized for the purpose of the said construction and he has not been duly compensated. He had preferred a representation dated 02.02.2024 before the concerned authority for addressing his grievance.

Learned counsel for the State appears and states that they have no objection in deciding the representation of the writ petitioner dated 02.02.2024. 4.

In view of the concession made by the learned counsel for the state the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 3 to decide petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2024 by way of a speaking order after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law.

Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
