Heard counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. It appears that subsequent to recovery proceedings has been issued, a certificate has been issued in those matters. The writ petitioner also challenges those proceedings and as of now, an appeal is pending before the Division Bench.

In light of the same, it appears that this particular writ petition has now become infructuous.

Accordingly, WPA 9156 of 2005 is dismissed as infructuous.
