Alam ..for the petitioner Mr. Supriyo Chattopadhyay Ms. Iti Dutta ..for the Council Mr. Santanu Kumar Mitra Mr. Subhabrata Das ..for the State As there is a dispute between the petitioner and her step son as has been reported by way of an affidavit in opposition filed by the respondent nos. 3 and 4 in this matter, this court cannot decide this matter in favour of either of the parties. If their internal dispute is settled by some means they shall be entitled to approach the authority for the compassionate appointment. But it is made clear that if there is any settlement it has to be done by six months from date. If it is not done by six months the claim of both the parties will extinguish.

The affidavit in opposition filed by the respondent

nos. 3 and 4 is kept on record.

With this observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
