The revisional application earlier appeared on 5th June, 2023. None appeared on behalf of the petitioners on the said date. Today, also none appears on behalf of the petitioners. Records reflects that the revisional application has been filed challenging the charge-sheet submitted in connection with Barrackpore Women Police Station Case No.14 of 2022 dated 14.03.2022. Although the charge-sheet has been submitted but the revisional application has been preferred without enclosing the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. As such, no interference is made in the present revisional application. Petitioners would be at liberty to take up the points in course of the trial.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1776 of 2022 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
