1. It is submitted that the Panchayat Authorities have completed the process and the matter has also been sent to the Sub-Divisional Officer, part demolition has also taken place.

2. Under such circumstances, this Court is of the view that the contempt proceeding should be dropped.

3. Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of.

4. The proceeding is dropped.
