A direction to secure expeditious disposal of an interlocutory application praying for ad interim injunction, filed on 25th June, 2021, in Misc. Appeal No. 16 of 2021, pending before the Learned District Judge, Tamluk is the ultimate prayer in this case. No other point is raised requiring address by this Court.

In view of the nature of the order proposed to be made in this case, no prior notice is considered to be necessary upon the opposite parties.

Service of notice of this application upon opposite parties stands dispensed with.

Accordingly, the Learned District Judge, Tamluk , in Misc. Appeal No. 16 of 2021 is requested to ensure expeditious disposal of interlocutory application, praying for ad interim injunction, in Misc. Appeal No. 16 of 2021 in accordance with law, either on the date scheduled, or if for any reasons whatsoever, the same could not be done, the application for interim injunction may be disposed of peremptorily within a fortnight thereafter.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned advocate for the opposite parties as well as learned court below.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
