1. Petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of GR Case No. 739 of 2019 relating to Sonamukhi Police Station Case No. 128 of 2019 dated November 23, 2019 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bishnupur, Bankura.

2. Since the proceedings are pending from 2019, it would be appropriate to request the jurisdictional Court to try and expedite the disposal of the proceedings.

3. Court is informed that charges were framed. Prosecution is to adduce evidence.

4. In such circumstances, learned trial Court is requested not to grant any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties and endeavour to dispose of the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably within one year from the date of communication of this order.

5. CRR/1906/2025 is disposed of accordingly. (Debangsu Basak, J.)
