We have considered the materials on record. Ballistic report shows that the bullet head which was recovered from the body of the victim has matched with the firearm recovered from the petitioner. His fingerprint also matched with those collected at the spot. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials connecting the petitioner with the murder and as his bail prayer has been rejected earlier, we are not inclined to grant bail to the him at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
