2. The only grievance of the petitioners in the present writ application that the names of the petitioners have been deleted from the voter list. Subsequently, the petitioners have preferred an appeal before the appellate authority on April 1, 2026 but the said appeal is still pending. Accordingly, the respondent no. 4 is directed to consider the appeal filed by the petitioners and to dispose of the same as early as possible.

3. WPA 10284 of 2026 is disposed of.

4. Urgent Xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
