We have considered the materials on record. There are incriminating materials connecting the petitioner with the murder. Trial has proceeded substantially since the rejection of bail by this Court. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
