In view of restriction in Section 37 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act petitioner's prayer for bail cannot be allowed.

However, we are told that tomorrow is the date fixed for consideration of charges. We request the learned trial Court to expedite the issue of consideration and, if

necessary, framing of charges and, if possible, to complete the same tomorrow itself without granting unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.

The application for bail being CRM 4067 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
