Counsel for the petitioners submits that his client does not wish to press the instant writ application. A letter in writing dated 18.06.2021 written by one Kanishk Sinha being petitioner no. 2 herein and the husband of the petitioner no. 1 has been filed in Court. The same is taken on record.

Counsel for the Union of India submits that this is the third writ petition filed by the petitioners in a desperate attempt to enter the territory of India.

It is further submitted that the Union is not aware as to under what circumstances and how the petitioner no. 1 has entered the territory of India.

Be that as it may, W. P. A. 10649 of 2021 is dismissed as not pressed.

The aforesaid order shall not prevent the Union or any of its authorities to take all steps and measures under the applicable laws, if any against the petitioners.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order on usual undertaking.
