The instant application has been filed for recording the death of the sole petitioner as also for substitution of the legal heirs of the sole petitioner in place and stead of the petitioner. 3.

From a perusal of the aforesaid application it would appear that the sole petitioner had died on 4th July 2024 leaving behind and surviving the legal heirs as identified in paragraph 2 of the application. The instant application for substitution has been filed on 3rd October 2024. It would, however, transpire that the legal heirs are all major and sui juris.

Having regard thereto and since the application is not opposed, let the death of the sole petitioner be recorded and the legal heirs of the sole petitioner as identified in paragraph 2 of the application be substituted in place and stead of the sole petitioner .

The department is directed to carry out the aforesaid substitution within a period of three weeks from date. 6.

The application being CAN 1 of 2024 is accordingly disposed of.
