The petitioner is aggrieved that the Kotwali Police Station, Paschim Medinipur has not implemented the directions of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court, Paschim Medinipur passed in T.S. No.205 of 2021. There is an order of injunction dated 30th April, 2021 restraining the private respondent/defendant therein from effecting any construction over a property mentioned in schedule 'A/1' of the plaint.

The private respondent is represented and submits that he is not effecting any construction on the property mentioned in the schedule 'A/1' of the plaint. 3.

The Kotwali Police Station, Paschim Medinipur confirms the same.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
