The writ petition is taken up for consideration subsequent to the order dated June 16, 2021. A report was called for by such order. The State submits a report which be taken on record.

The report states that so far as the tubewell is concerned, the same was opened in presence of the police. With regard to the pathway, the police informed the private respondents about the order of the civil court and impressed upon them to observe such order.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the private respondents are continuing to act in breach of the order of the civil court.

So far as the violation of the order of the civil court is concerned, the petitioners are at liberty to approach to the civil court for appropriate relief. No further interference is called for in the present writ petition.

WPA 10651 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly. (Debangsu Basak, J.)
