Learned counsel appearing for the respondent authorities submits that the matter has been rendered infructuous in view of the DIN (Director's Identification Number) deactivation period which was under challenge, having expired and the DIN being reactivated.

A document pertaining to such activation is handed over in court today and kept on record as well. 4.

Accordingly, WPA 8664 of 2019 is disposed of as infructuous without any order as to costs.
