This matter has come up in the list at the instance of the petitioner.

It is pointed out by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that the instant application for anticipatory bail was dismissed as not pressed on 7th July, 2021, but the said order was not transcribed in the instant file.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the said order was inadvertently tagged with another file, being CRM 4047 of 2021. Let the following order dated 7th July, 2021 wrongly recorded in CRM 4047 of 2021 be treated to have been passed in CRM 4074 of 2021 on 7th July, 2021.

"On mentioning the matter is taken up out of turn. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits on instruction that his client does not intend to press the instant application for anticipatory bail.

In view of the above, the application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as 'not pressed'.
