The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to deposit deficit court fees in course of this day. Affidavit of service filed by the petitioners is taken on record.

None appears for the respondents despite service. The petitioners allege that the private respondents are raising unauthorized construction without obtaining sanction from the concerned Panchayat. In response to an R.T.I. application submitted by the petitioners, the Pradhan, Haripur 7 Gram Panchayat being the 6th respondent herein has informed that no permission has been granted to the private respondents for the alleged construction. The petitioners submitted a representation in this regard through their learned advocate on 21st April, 2026 and seek consideration of the same. In view of the above, the 6th respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioners within six weeks from the date of communication of this order upon granting reasonable

opportunity of hearing to all concerned including the petitioners and the private respondents, in accordance with law.

The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the parties within a week thereof. In the event the construction raised by the private respondents is found to be unauthorized/illegal, the concerned authority shall take necessary steps in accordance with law.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
