Mr. Partha Pratim Das Ms. Manasi Roy ...... for the State Petitioner is the mother in law of the victim housewife. She is in custody for 263 days. She prays for bail. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record including the dying declaration of the victim lady which implicates the petitioner. Keeping in mind the gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
