Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that since the appeal is required to be preferred against the order dated 15th March, 2024 passed by the ld. Addl. Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Hooghly in connection with Special Case No. 08 of 2023, he intends to withdraw the same and prefer the appeal before the court having determination. Accordingly, CRR 1575 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Department is directed to return the certified copy to the advocate on record appearing on behalf of the petitioner on the same being replaced by a Photostat copy. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
