Ms. Subhasree Patel Mr. Soham Banerjee ..for the respdts.4&5 The police report is taken on record. It appears that the petitioner and her husband went to meet the mother at the residence of the respondent Nos.4 and 5.

The police report has specifically narrated the visit to be peaceful and amicable. The mother was interrogated by the police authorities and she intimated that she was very comfortable with her stay at her son's place.

Under such circumstances, nothing further remains to be decided in this writ petition.

The desire of the petitioner to meet her mother has been accomplished.

The petitioner may visit her mother at the community hall of the building where the respondent No.4 resides with his mother, with prior intimation to the respondent no.4. Such visit shall

be not more than once a month. The police authorities will keep a vigil.

This writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
