Other co-accused were enlarged on anticipatory bail by the Jurisdictional Court.

Court is informed that the petitioner wrote to the Officerin-Charge on March 12, 2024 offering to return stridhan articles.

In such circumstances, police will recover the stridhan articles and make the same over to the defacto complainant forthwith.

List the application on April 25, 2024.
