...for the State respondents The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners had made several prayers in the petition. The only prayer that is now being made is for early disposal of the Original Application being OA No. 2370 of 2016 along with the Contempt Application being M.A. No. 498 of 2012. It appears from record that on 12th April, 2021, the matter has been fixed by the learned Tribunal on 14th March, 2022 i.e. almost after one year. The learned Counsel for the parties have submitted that all pleadings are complete.

In view thereof, we dispose of this application by giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the learned Tribunal for preponing the date of hearing. In the event such application is filed, we hope and trust that the learned Tribunal shall give suitable date for early disposal of the said application. The Tribunal shall make all efforts to dispose of the said application as expeditiously as possible without granting any

unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. With the above directions, WPLRT 27 of 2021 is disposed of.
