There are allegations of eve teasing at the very least. At this stage, enlarging any of the petitioners on anticipatory bail may be inimical to the investigation and also would send a wrong signal to the society.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1757 of 2023 is dismissed.
