Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the former Deputy Inspector of Schools. He was a part of a conspiracy to illegally appoint undeserving persons as teachers in schools.

In view of the nature of the crime involving illegal appointments in schools, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
