Ms. Sima Ghosh Ms. Ankhi Koyal ....for the petitioners This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiffs praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), 1st Court, Barasat to dispose of Title Suit No.832 of 2017 expeditiously.

From the order sheets appended to this application this Court finds that the defendant Nos.1 and 2 were directed to file a show cause petition. It further appears that the defendant Nos.1 and 2 filed a petition praying for extension of time to file written statement. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or their learned advocates appearing before the learned trial judge.

CO 1534 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), 1st Court, Barasat to

dispose of the interlocutory applications as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. After disposal of the interlocutory applications the learned trial judge is requested to make an endeavor to see that the suit is disposed of expeditiously.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
