The writ petitioner participated in the recruitment process to the post of Assistant Teacher conducted by the DPSC, North 24 Parganas in the year 2009. She challenged the recruitment process on various grounds. The writ petition has been filed in May, 2022.

The petitioner is, therefore, entitled to the benefit of the order dated 25th April, 2024 passed in WPA 20966 of 2022 (Kakali Mondal & Ors. Vs.

The State of West Bengal & Ors.) on the same terms and conditions as indicated therein.

It is submitted by the counsel for the DPSC, North 24 Parganas that the last date for verification of documents of the candidates in

terms of the order dated 25th April, 2024 (supra) was 13th May, 2024. The petitioner has repeatedly mentioned this matter but the file could not be traced out at the end of the High Court. The petitioner, therefore, cannot be faulted.

In those circumstances, the DPSC, North 24 Parganas shall scrutinize the petitioner's documents within a week upon receipt of a copy of this order.

The petitioner shall produce all necessary documents and her appointment shall be subject to the scrutiny of the same.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
