We have considered the materials on record.

Statements of witnesses show petitioner and one Ankit Gupta @ Guddu Gupta had carried narcotics to the residence of Doli Barman. The consignment was to be taken to the residence of Biman Sarkar for smuggling across international border. 3.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials on record and as the recovery of narcotics above commercial quantity, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
