Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there was a love relationship while subsequently went sour. Police complaint is a product of the same. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Considering the materials in the case diary and the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM 4081 of 2021 is dismissed.
