Versus

The State of West Bengal & Ors.

Ms. Eshita Dutta.

...for the State.

Bpg.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the police authorities have taken steps at the appropriate stage by drawing up proceedings under Section 107 of the Cr.P.C.

The subject matter of grievance relates to an order which was passed on 14th December, 2023. More than 25 months have passed since then.

Having considered the facts which are presently before this Court, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for interference. However, this will not prevent the petitioner for canvassing any issue, if circumstances so demand. With the aforesaid observations, CRM(SB) 45 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
