Heard Mr. Karar, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

Mr. Mukherjee, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State respondents has placed before us a report of the I.C. Baruipur Police Station. In the said report it has been stated, inter alia, as follows:

'on the basis of phone number of the missing persons, a location has been detected at Nandigaon, Patanchervu Mondal, Telengana. On 23.05.25 the Police left Baruiput PS for Telengana. In assistance of Raidurgam PS, Cyberbad Police Commissionerate, Hydrabad, Telangana the missing persons namely (i) Somnath Mukherjee (26) and (ii) Gourav Mukherjee (19) have been recovered from Prashant Hills, PS-Raidurgam from a under construction building. Recovery memos of recovered persons have been prepared and their LTIs

are taken. On 27.05.25 the Police team arrived at Baruiput PS with the recovered missing persons namely (i) Somnath Mukherjee (26) and (ii) Gourav Mukherjee

(19) and they were taken to Baruipur SD hospital for medical examination. The petitioner was called at Baruipur PS and he was informed about the recovery of his sons. He submitted a written declaration that he took custody of his sons namely (i) Somnath Mukherjee

(26) and (ii) Gourav Mukherjee (19). The videography of recovery was also done. The entire fact has been diarized vide Baruiput PS GDE no. 2797 dated 27.05.25.'

Let the said report, as filed, be kept on record. As the petitioner's sons namely, Somnath Mukherjee and Gourav Mukherjee have already been recovered, no further order is required to be passed in the present writ petition.

The writ petition being, WPA (H) 36 of 2025 is, accordingly, disposed of.
