1. Allegations made by the petitioner seeking relaxation of condition of anticipatory bail are serious.

2. Petitioner alleges that, the police filed charge sheet where the petitioner was not named. Despite the same, police invited the jurisdictional Court to cause issuance of warrant of arrest on the allegation of noncompliance of the condition of anticipatory bail.

3. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, further investigations are ongoing. He submits that, his client has prepared an application under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 and attempted to file it in the department and that the department did not accept the same.

5. Such intimation suggests that, the police invited the jurisdictional Court to issue warrant of arrest as against the petitioner on the ground of violation of the condition of grant of anticipatory bail by him.

6. Since the contempt petition is yet to be filed, it would be appropriate to adjourn the present application for a fortnight.

7. In the meantime, petitioner need not report before the Investigating Officer in terms of the order of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
