Mr. Siva Prasad Ghose ...for the petitioner It appears that in my order dated 21.06.2022, in the fifth paragraph, Title Suit No.415 of 2015 has been inadvertently typed instead of "Title Suit No.415 of 2017". The same shall be corrected and read as "Title Suit No.415 of 2017".

The mistake is thus rectified. Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.

Office is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the said order.
